Privacy Policy
Last updated 16 July 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We keep it short because we do not do much with your data.
Who we are
This site is operated by IFTAJ Studio (Lahore, Pakistan). For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it — typically your name, email address, company, budget range and your message. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
When you browse the site, our analytics receives standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device and browser. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visits and sessions.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics, without affecting how the site works.
Who processes data on our behalf
Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) — website usage analytics.
Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for this site.
These providers process data only to deliver those services. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else.
Legal basis (UK/EU visitors)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries you send us and to understand how the site is used, and on your consent where it is required for analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship, and then deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in.
If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
