We built other people's client work for years. We wanted to own the outcome.
IFTAJ Studio exists because there is a gap between the person selling you a website and the person building it. We have spent our careers on the building side of that gap — inside agencies, delivering storefronts and platforms that carried someone else's name on the invoice.
So the studio is deliberately small and deliberately senior. There is no bench of juniors, no account-management layer, and no incentive to sell you a project we are not equipped to deliver. You talk to the engineer. The engineer writes the code.
We are new as a company. We are not new at this.

Principles
What we will not compromise on.
Performance is a feature, not a phase
It is decided when the architecture is chosen, not recovered in a sprint at the end. Sites we build meet a performance budget before they ship.
Senior hands only
Nobody learns on your project. If we do not have someone who has done it before, we say so.
We say no
There is work we would take the money for and do a mediocre job of. We would rather refer it on and keep the relationship.
You own everything
Repository, credentials, documentation — from the first commit, not at the final invoice. Lock-in is not a business model we respect.
